Noelle is extremely selective in the ingredients she’ll allow in her foods. She is adamant everything must be all-natural, organic, free from GMOs & anything bio-engineered. If she doesn’t like the ingredients or source, she’ll just make it by hand to ensure the best quality and taste every time.

Noelle has traveled the world learning many different techniques and how to source the very best ingredients. While she also makes every effort to locally source as much as possible, she also leverages her travel & cultural experiences to ensure the very best flavors & textures are incorporated. She even grows some of her own produce to ensure maximum freshness & control control over every item that goes into any of her foods. She is truly gifted at bringing all of this together to perfect many of your favorites, while having a creativity in combining flavors and textures to create an awe-inspiring variety of new and exciting foods.

Every aspect of everything she makes is scrutinized again & again. She surveys customers, friends, family and even other chefs for feedback always looking for any possible ways to ensure the very best taste, texture & value. Her goal is always to ensure everyone that experiences her foods loves them as much as she does!

Noelle is very passionate about her loves. She serves in her church & community & does everything possible to support our amazing veterans. Whether it’s donating time or her goodies, she is always quick to share her love & gratitude for what Jesus has done for her as well as what our veterans & their families have sacrificed for all of us that live in this great nation.

She loves traveling & experiencing other cultures & people. She loves to learn & share her knowledge with them. One of her favorite things about these experiences is the perspective she gets seeing how people live around the world as well as how they view us Americans. She believes in being a light to those she encounters, reflecting the goodness of her savior & the graciousness in her heart. All of these experiences also make her appreciate what we have here and the blessings in her life all the more.

In addition to serving & donating a lot of her time & foods, she has started a non-profit to be a light, to glorify her Savior & help those in need through her church, veteran organizations & other causes she believes in.
