Noelle has traveled the world learning many different techniques and how to source the very best ingredients.  She is truly gifted at bringing all of this together to perfect many of your favorites, while having a creativity in combining flavors and textures to create an awe-inspiring variety of new and exciting foods.  She grew up learning generational recipes for many of the classic southern & soul foods we all love.  She married an Italian, which means she “had to” learn a whole different array of generational recipes and techniques, showing an uncanny ability to perfect a number of Italian and Mediterranean dishes & desserts.  Through her travels and love of creating the most delicious goodness this side of heaven, she’s incorporated techniques, ingredients and flavors from all over Asia, Europe, North & South America, Africa, the Middle East and Mediterranean regions. 

Noelle’s ability to figure out what’s in food she’s eating, how to “noellize” things to make them even better is such a thing of beauty.  With all of the mains & side dishes, appetizers & finger foods she can make with such deliciousness, it’s no surprise that people have been pleading with her to start this business, but it’s her desserts that are really what she’s famous for.  She loves making cheesecakes and baked goods of all kinds, her homemade ice creams are something of legend.  Even after all these years, she never stops finding ways to innovate and blow the minds of all of us that have the pleasure of indulging in her delicious creations!
